Shipping policy

We offer shipping via UPS and USPS. Most orders will ship out the same business day if the order is placed by 2pm Pacific Time. Some orders may take up to two (2) business days to process. All orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.

We now offer free ground shipping (3 - 10 business days for delivery, based on location and carrier*) on all orders. Please note: due to product weight and order sizes, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes at this time -- thank you for understanding.

*Delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier and it may take up to ten (10) business days for delivery of your order once it ships and is dependent on such factors such as distance, weather, and other delays made by the shipping carrier. CannaTrim™ makes no guarantees about delivery time.
